What is Facility-Based Respite Care?

The new FSS Respite Center provides care to individuals between the ages of 6 and 21 with developmental disabilities.  The program offers parents and caregivers temporary relief from the daily routine of caring for their loved ones with special needs.  Care is provided in a home-like environment by well trained support staff.

The benefits of the program:

Utilizing our Facility-Based Respite Care can result in reduced stress for caregivers. It gives them an opportunity to participate in leisure activities and allows time for parents to spend quality time with other family members.

How Do I Receive Services?

The Respite Center is open with limited days and hours!

For more information about the Facility-Based Respite, contact Kristen Lee, Associate Director, at 636-614-1320.  Respite Fax # 636-272-1058
