Our programs and services rely on support from the United Way of Greater St. Louis, the Developmental Disabilities Resource Board, the Missouri's Department of Mental Health, the Variety: The Children's Charity St. Louis, and a modest parent portion.

As thankful as we are for this support, funding shortfalls are a continuous challenge to our program quality and availability. This means that we rely on funding support from individuals, like you, and organizations that believe in our Mission and the work that we are committed to doing.

Because we are a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization, any donation to FSS is deductible to the fullest extent allowable by the laws regulating the United States of America and the State of Missouri's tax code.

You, or any organization you belong to, can help by making a tax deductible contribution throughout the year in support of any of our programs such as the very popular Teen Recreation Program, Respite, or just to our general operations. We welcome the opportunity to speak at any organization that might like to know more about our work. Please contact our office if you have a need for a speaker.
